Returns & Exchanges
In order to maintain our highly competitive pricing structure, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed/delivered.
However, in the rare instance that an incorrect product has been shipped from our end, we will gladly arrange an exchange. Customers are requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear video recording of the unboxing the package of the received item showing all sides of the package before opening and the opening of the received package and revealing the product in the video. Without an unboxing video, we will not entertain any replacement to avoid unethical exchanges.
